Mike Meserole was born and raised in Austin, Texas. He graduated from Baylor University in 2001 with a degree in marketing and received his real estate license from the Austin Board of Realtors in late 2010.

Mike’s unique perspective of Austin (that can only come from being a life-long resident) has helped him successfully serve his clients and resulted in a thriving and rewarding career.

Beginning at Keller Williams Real Estate, Mike received the 2011 Rookie of the Year award and within two years he ranked in the top 5% of an office of over 500 agents. Mike is an 8-time recipient of the prestigious Texas Monthly 5 Star Agent Award (2013-2020). Looking for a company that could offer a more personalized office setting, Mike partnered with lifelong friend Garrett Meeker to open Cityscape Property Group in early 2016.

When Mike isn’t serving his clients, agents and community, he takes advantage of all Austin has to offer. Whether it’s running and working out with fiancé and business partner Mary Campos, finding a great patio to enjoy a margarita, listening to live music, or searching for that next great BBQ joint — Mike truly loves being an Austinite. And if he isn’t working or playing, you can probably find him walking his dog Sasha.

Mary Campos has had a life-long interest in real estate and decided to turn that passion into a career in residential sales. Her ability to provide her clients with experience, knowledge, commitment and availability gives them peace of mind, whether it’s their first home purchase or selling the home they raised their family in. Mary prides herself on being fully devoted to her clients and going the extra mile to get the best results, even when the going gets tough. Leveraging her fluency in Spanish and her previous experience in technology, hospitality and customer service, Mary has built a thriving business.

Mary works with her right-hand man and fiancé, Mike Meserole, a co-founder of Cityscape Property Group. Together they take pride in developing long-lasting relationships with present and future clients.

When she isn’t searching for that next great home for her clients, Mary loves being active, getting involved in the community, volunteering, exploring new restaurants, spending time with family, friends and her beloved dog and grand-dogs in this beautiful city she is proud to live and work in.

Garrett is a native Austinite, born and raised in Central Austin.  Prior to Meeker Commercial, he began his commercial real estate career in 2009 at Cushman & Wakefield in Austin.  In 2016 Garrett partnered with a lifelong friend and successful real estate broker to create Cityscape Property Group; a firm with deep Austin roots dedicated to providing exceptional residential and commercial brokerage services. In effort to continue this partnership and highlight his services, Meeker Commercial was born in 2023.

Garrett maintains a diverse clientele and primarily focuses on tenant and buyer representation, but also has extensive experience representing landlords and sellers. His adept knowledge of the Austin market, experience, and business relationships provide unique insight during location searches and transactions. His goal is to always secure the optimal real estate solution for his client.
